On Friday 23^rd April we were privileged to have Shaned Gaffney from WorkSafe Tasmania visit the school. She was able to present some information and facilitated a general discussion to the Year 9 and 10 classes about safety in the workplace. As our students start to enter the workforce and try a range of different workplaces it is important that they have an understanding about safety in different industries. Shaned was generous in sharing her expertise and information resources for students to look at in the future.
